Sodium

Sodium deficiency is rare, but it can still occur at times. Sodium is essential for maintaining proper water balance and blood pH. Sodium is necessary for stomach, muscle and nerve function. A proper balance of potassium and sodium is necessary for good health.
Loss of sodium body due to:
